I have been through several iterations of\n                  developing new businesses from an initial problem statement to\n                  the launch of a first product offering. At Opower (acquired by Oracle\n                  Utilities), I harnessed the power of behavioral science to\n                  reduce energy usage by utility customers. For\n                  the program, I developed and ran training for all engineers\n                  and hired dedicated accessibility testing support.
